Bakrus

Vinyl and logo design for the first two releases by Bakrus, a punk band from Røros, Norway.

The album PER is a tribute to the late Norwegian musician Per Bergersen, and the artwork is an adaptation of one of his paintings. The artwork for Tynn Kjærlighet was created by Røros-born artist Ola Lysgaard; I adapted elements of it for use on the labels.

While the visual styles of the two covers are very different, both releases share the same typography and layout, giving them a cohesive and consistent feel.
