RørosmartnanUNG

The Rørosmartnan fair has brought music, market stalls and tradition to Røros since 1854. Their ask was simple: a logo for RørosmartnanUNG, a new brand for their upcoming youth offerings.
A logo felt like the wrong answer. I suggested we create a expressive and creative visual universe, with distinct colors, typography and illustrations. A place where tradition meets play, and the youth find something that is distinctly for them.
The visual system for RørosmartnanUNG was built around 3D building blocks. The 3D-shapes construct everything from gaming controllers to smiley faces and traditional horse riders. A endlessly expandable visual universe that grows with RørosmartnanUNG.
