PK Eiendom was transforming Kongsberg’s historic telephone exchange into Sentralen (The Central), a modern hub for business and retail. The brand is built around the building’s prime location and the premium facilities that make life easier for its tenants.

The main element is a flexible logo that promotes these modern perks while honoring the building's history as a center for connection.

The circular typographic logo reflects the building’s central location, doubling as an animated storytelling tool. It indicates the short travel times and acts as a functional compass to nearby city landmarks. It also works as a tool to promote the building's various facilities.

The retro color palette was inspired by old telephone catalogues, and gives the identity a warm inviting inviting look.
